My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner….

Before my first baby was born, my desire to be more intentional with my health grew. I wanted to do everything I could to prepare my body and home for what I had hoped and prayed to be a little one in our future. I started asking questions- questions that I used to feel too overwhelmed to ask. And we started to make changes, little by little. Cleaners, candles, skin care products, body care products - every time we ran out of something, I looked a healthier option.

I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am. Seven years in my gratitude is still as strong as it was when I first became aware. Because now, as a mother of three, I have more tools than I did before. Every time I grab something to use for one of my child’s needs, I feel thankful.

And as you go on a holistic journey, you will become awake and empowered in more than one area of healing. It’s all connected. Our bodies, stress levels, emotions, hormones, gut, digestion, skin, hair - it’s all connected!
